Conservation Values:
Estancia Lago Strobel provides shelter to a number of
rare species such as the patagonian fox, the puma, and the extremely rare and
native to Strobel Lake “macá tobiano”, “flamenco austral” and “chorlo ceniciento”.
Recreational Attributes:
Both the Strobel Lake and Barrancoso River, as well
as the internal lagoons are filled with rainbow trout, which make the estancia a
privileged place for fly-fishing. Horseback riding to the Quiroga Lake Waterfall,
